ZenerQi is a gentle form of exercise that uses simple movements, conscious breathing, and self-massage to increase energy and vitality in the body.
Drawing on the principles of Qigong, ZenerQi supports both emotional and physical well-being and is accessible to people of all ages and abilities. The practice nourishes the organs, relieves stress and anxiety, calms the mind, and improves energy flow and blood circulation.
ZenerQi is combination of breathing and gentle movement (qigong) whilst incorporating mindfulness, connection and intention, dynamic movement, tapping, acupressure and the wisdom of Chinese Medicine.

There are 3 ZenerQi styles --Play, Dance, and Flow.

ZenerQi Play is a joyful and imaginative class that uses simplified animal-inspired movements combined with deep breathing. It’s ideal for children and for those who are young at heart, encouraging creativity, coordination, and natural energy flow.

ZenerQi Dance is more rhythmic with flowing movements. It emphasises swaying the hips and shaking the spine to strengthen and balance Yin and Yang energy, while fostering a sense of connection through the whole body and the surrounding environment.  A easeful combination of breath and rhythm.

ZenerQi Flow  offers a slower, more mindful practice with smooth, intentional movements, deep breathing, and gentle organ and energy channel massage to support relaxation, balance, and inner awareness.

ZenerQi benefits emotional and physical wellbeing and is gentle enough for anyone to do.
